2. At the very outset learned State counsel would draw attention of the Court towards the Annesure R/1 dated 13/05/2022 issued by the Director, Department of Food & Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, addressed to all the Collectors of the State of Chhattisgarh except the Collectors of District Gourella-Pendra- Marwahi, Korba, Bemetara, Mahasamund, Jashpur and Surguja, whereby it has been categorically instructed to ensure proper implementation of the “Ek Rashtra Ek Rashan Card Scheme”, wherein it is crystal clear that the Government has already redressed all the grievances of the present petitioner including other similarly situated persons, therefore, he would submit that the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. I have perused the Annexure R/1 and perusal of the same would show that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. SD/- SD/- (Arvind Kumar Verma)
