This writ petition has been filed with the followng prayer: "Issue an order or direction to direct the Debts. Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Allahabad to decide the Appeal Being Appeal No.485 of 2024 Dated 27.03.2024 (Sushil Chand Gupta Versus M/s. Madhusudan Motors Pvt. Ltd. And others) within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that an appeal No.485 of 2024 is pending consideration before Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, which has been preferred against order passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said appeal. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Allahabad to decide Appeal No.485 of 2024 dated 27.3.2024 (Sushil Chand Gupta vs. M/s Madhusudan Motors Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
