1. This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant/Complainant under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, questioning the legality and propriety of the judgment dated 05.01.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Korba (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No.32/2020, whereby, the Respondent No.-2-Chandra Vijay ARPAN SRIVASTAVA Digitally signed by ARPAN SRIVASTAVA Date: 2025.10.13 17:02:12 +0530
2 Bhardwaj has been acquitted with regard to the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 302 of IPC.
2. At the outset, it is informed by learned counsel appearing for the State/Respondent No.1 that being aggrieved with the aforesaid
judgment, a petition being CRMP No.2528 of 2023 seeking leave to appeal against the impugned judgment was preferred, but the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 has dismissed the same. In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal.
3. The appeal, is accordingly, dismissed.
