On earlier occasion also, there was no representation on behalf of the parties and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.07.2025 under the caption for 'dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the main M.C.No.243/2021 is disposed of and hence nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. All pending I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
