BUSINESS, R/O RETHANAGUNTLA VILLAGE, THIMMAPURAM MANDAL, KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT, STATE OF TELANGANA. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4, in initiating the appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8, for registering the false case vide Crime No.170 of 2019 with the collusion of the respondents 11 to 13 herein, filing charge sheet in CC.No.56 of 2022, referring to the Lok-Adalath and got closed the case, without knowledge of petitioners husband, who is staying in Abroad and swallowed the amount by respondents 6 to 8 herein, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4, to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 13, apart from the departmental enquiry against the respondents 6 to 8, further direct the respondents 2 to 4 to recover the swallowed amount of Rs.25.00 lakhs from the respondents 6 to 8 and to pay the same to the petitioner, to meet the ends of justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Police on instructions would submit that there are money transactions between the husband of the Petitioner and unofficial respondents which is the subject matter of CC No.56 of 2022 on the file of the Court of Addional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Giddalur. The said case was settled in Lok Adalat vide Award No.29 of 2022 dated 12.03.2022 and would submit that this writ petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4 4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
