KALEEMULLA S Counsel for the Respondents: ---- The Court made the following ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout, to dispose of IA No.264 of 2024 in OS No.47 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible. SRK, J CRP No.3645 of 2025 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.1 herein filed OS No.47 of 2023 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout, against the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein for declaration of right and title of respondent No.1 over the suit schedule item Nos.1 and 2, for consequential relief of permanent injunction and for other reliefs. In the said suit, petitioner herein/defendant No.4 filed IA No.264 of 2024 seeking to reject the plaint. He further submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 78 years and, though the said IA was filed on 18.09.2024, the trial Court is not disposing of the said IA. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout, is directed to dispose of IA No.264 of 2024 in OS No.47 of 2023, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
