By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the order dated 15/01/2025 (Annexure-P/1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Government Co-Education Polytechnic, Raipur to Government Co- RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2025.03.26 10:27:10 +0530 2 Education Polytechnic, Jagdapur with a remark that the transfer order has been passed on her own expenses. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the transfer order has been passed by the respondents’ authorities at the instance of respondent No.4 to accommodate him in place of the present posting of the petitioner that too on the expenses of the petitioner herself, whereas, she has never made any application for her transfer. 3. Learned Counsel for the State would submit that the State Govt. has constituted a Committee on 03/03/2025 for redressal of the grievances of the employees who have been transferred, as such, the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Committee, if the petitioner will approach before the Committee within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the order dated 03/03/2025 by which the Committee to redress the grievance of the employees has been constituted by the State Govt. 5. It is a case where the petitioner is saying that the impugned transfer order has been passed on her own expenses, whereas, the petitioner has never requested for transfer. 6. Looking to the ground taken by the petitioner in the petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the Committee constituted vide order dated 03/03/2025 within a period of 10 days and in case of filing a representation raising all the 3 grounds/grievance made herein before the Committee, the Committee is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent No.4 and passed a detailed & speaking order in accordance with the Transfer Policy of the State Govt. within a further period of 25 days from the date of receipt of the representation by the petitioner. Till the decision of the Committee on the representation to be made by the petitioner, the interim order dated 22/01/2025 shall remain operative. 7.
