Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied by the respondent and compensation amount of Rs. 72,24,000/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 2 06.10.2025, however appropriate interest has not been given to the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant contempt petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance with regard to payment of interest, if any. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection. 3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
