Petitioner contends his complicity has transpired from statement of co-accused that he was illegally ferrying Bangladeshis into India. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer. 3. We have considered the materials on record. Prosecution case is that the petitioner had illegally ferrying Bangladeshis into India. He was not available during investigation. Further investigation with regard to his role in the crime which has impact on national security is essential. 4.
