This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 16.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.158 of 2018 in C.A.No.545 of 2016 on the file of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Tanuku (for short, ‘the 1st Appellate Court’). 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 16.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.158 of 2018 in C.A.No.545 of 2016. The Crl.M.P.No.158 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to send Exs.P1 and P2 to the Hand Writing Expert and to direct the respondent/complainant to produce the ration card, income tax returns belongs to him. By impugned order dated 16.10.2018, the learned 1st Appellate Court dismissed the petition by recording certain reasons. Against the said order, the petitioner/accused preferred the present revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main C.A.No.545 of 2016 was disposed on 31.01.2019. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said C.A.No.545 of 2016 was disposed on 31.01.2019 and it was dismissed on contest. 3 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.A.No.545 of 2016 on 31.01.2019, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE T.
