M VIDYAVATHI The Court made the following: ORDER: Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time. As such, they have no instructions as to whether anything survives in the writ petition or not. 2. Since the matter pertains to the year 2002 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months.
