Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter 1 st Saturday of every month until further orders, is totally relaxed.
