1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the Notice dated 18.08.2025 issued by the Res. No. 2 regarding using approach channel road for the school transport, whereby Taro pond water level will be effected and Res. No. 5 has dug gravel of the road whereby big pit has been occurred in the said road, which is so much difficulties for the transportation of the school buses and other villagers Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.10 11:21:49 +0530
2 Petitioner has filed compliant before the Res. No. 2 but he has not taken any action against them. Earlier Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena has filed complaint against the petitioner regarding conversion of the hindus to Christians and in which mention that the some portion of Holy Kingdom School, Taro, Lalpur kala is over the government land which is illegal. Therefore department had started demolition proceeding against the illegal construction of the government land from the petitioner, mentioned above letter no. proceeding for the demarcation of the said and on dated. 31.06.2025 meanwhile letter was issued on dtd. 17.06.2025 but department has mentioned dtd. 18.06.2025 which is clearly shows that demarcation & other proceeding of the said land is illegal & only for harassment to the petitioner, there for petitioner has filed wpc no. 3059/2025 before this hon'ble court in which on dated 18.06.2025 this hon'ble court has directed to State file the demarcation Report of the school but till today no any demarcation proceeding and report has been filed by the state. Hence this petition on the following ground

Learned counsel for respondents submits that there is dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No. 5 and in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending complaints (Annexure P/3 & P/4) will be considered in accordance with law.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping
3 this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent-authorities to consider/decide the complaints of the petitioner (Annexure P-3 & P-4) in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties and after due verification of fact.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
