B.further declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not in not registering the FIR aganist the Respondent Nos.
6 to 9 in spite of the petitioner's oral and written complaint and also in spite of lodging complaints dated 22-05-2023 86 03-07-2023 through Spandana Programme and further in spite of several requests and Personal approaches of the petitioiner is illegal, arbitrary, improper, and unconstitutional and against the procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and also contrary to Hon'ble Supreme Court guideline passed in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2
SCC 1 And C.Consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 4 86 5 and their Sub Ordinate officers not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members and also in Civil dispute between the petitioner and Respondnet Nos.6 to 9 D.Further consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 5 to Register the FIR against the Respondents 6 to 9 and others basing on the written complaints dated 22-05-2023 86 03-07-2023 lodged through Spandana Programme as per Hon'ble Supreme Court guideline passed in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and take action as per the procedure contemplated under law and to file final report forthwith as per the law and also procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.

THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27892 OF 2023 The Court made the following order:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus A.declaring the action of the Respondents 2 & 3 in not taking any action against the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and their Sub-Ordinate Officers in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and also harrasing the petitioner and her family members and further also interfering in civil dispute at the behest and influence of Respondents 6 to 9 by making use of their official powers for their personal benefits as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of The Constitution of India. B. Further declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not in not registering the FIR against the Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 in spite of the petitioner's oral and written complaint and also in spite of lodging complaints dated 22-05-2023 86 03-07-2023 through Spandana Programme and further in spite of several requests and Personal approaches of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, improper, and unconstitutional and against the procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and also contrary to Hon'ble Supreme Court guideline passed in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 And C. Further consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to 5 to Register the FIR against the Respondents 6 to 9 and others basing on the written complaints dated
22-05-2023 & 03-07-2023 lodged through Spandana Programme as per Hon'ble Supreme Court guideline passed in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and take action as per the procedure contemplated under law and to file final report forthwith as per the law and also procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Heard
learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that, based on the contents in the complaints made by the petitioner, it is found that the matter is civil in nature. He further submits that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
