Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners wanted to come up with a charitable hospital near the airport. For this, they needed “no objection” from the Union of India. During pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners made an application for obtaining such “no objection”. Pursuant to this, the authorities had sought for certain documents, which were supplied by the petitioners. It will suffice if the Union of India considers the petitioners‟ prayer for grant of
“no objection‟ in accordance with law.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India submits, upon instructions, that without prejudice to the rights to the parties, the respondents/authorities of

the Union of India would consider the petitioners‟ application for „no objection‟ in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/authorities of the Union of India to consider the petitioners‟ application for grant of
“no objection‟ in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. As affidavits were not called for, allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
