HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MADHU JAIN O R D E R % 17.10.2025 REVIEW PET. 529/2025
1. The Review Petition under Section 114 read with Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short, ‘CPC’), has been filed by the Review Petitioners/respondent nos.1 and 2, seeking a review of the Judgment dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition.

3. We fail to appreciate how this fact could have any bearing on our Judgment. This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/10/2025 at 12:21:37
4. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
