State of J&K and others …. Respondent(s) Through: Ms. Shaliqa Sheikh, assisting counsel to Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG.
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
ORDER 18.03.2025
The instant writ petition is pending since 2009 and the last date of hearing in the instant petition was 09.11.2012 and during the intervening period no efforts were ever made by the petitioner to get the case listed. Today when the case was listed before this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
