1. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner No.2 for grant of employment in accordance with the policy. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this petition health of petitioner No.2/husband has been deteriorated, due to which, consensus has arrived at between the family to grant appointment to wife of petitioner No.2, namely, Smt. Jayshri Dansena W/o Laxmikant Dansena and an amendment application (IA No.1/2025) has also been filed in this regard. He also submits that, at this stage, this petition may be dispose of reserving a liberty in favour of the petitioner/wife of the petitioner to approach to concerned Authority to decide issue of entitlement of wife in accordance with prevailed policy. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer. 4.
Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties, considering that policy already exist for grant of employment to landlord and further considering that this petition has been filed for grant of employment to petitioner No.2, however, during the pendency of this petition due to serious disease he is unable to render service and in their family consensus is arrived to grant to employment to wife of petitioner No.2, namely, Smt. Jayshree Dansena, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to concerned Authorities to
3 decide the issue of entitlement for grant of employment in accordance with prevail policy in an expeditious manner and thereafter pass an appropriate order in accordance with policy/rule. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of. 6. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and concerned Authorities shall decide the matter in accordance with prevail policy/rule. 7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. Sd/-
