Venkata Ramana, learned counsel, representing Sri Kota Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent authorities concerned have issued notices to the alleged encroachers, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prays to close the Contempt Case. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
