Civil First Appeal No.115/2015 was dismissed vide order dt.21.12.2023 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court due to non-compliance of the aforesaid order. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned therein, the restoration application is allowed. The aforesaid orders dated 03.10.2023 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as subsequent order dated 21.12.2023 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, are recalled. S.B. Civil First Appeal No.115/2015, is restored to its original number. Office to proceed further in the matter. Consequently, the restoration application stands disposed of.
