This Court had passed interim order dated 11.09.2014, where under the Respondent No.4 has undertakes to remove the Cell Tower in Plot No. 115. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 would submit that a Memo is filed vide USR No.36630 of 2025, wherein it was mentioned that the Cell Towner in Plot No.115 is removed as per undertaking. 3. Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
