FAMC012203333675 dated 03-12-2022 without any further delay as per the endorsed certificate which was issued by the then Mandal Revenue Officer, Guntakal, dated 26- 08-2006 vide in L.Dis.No.568/D//2006, by directing the 4th respondent to issue the family members certificate in accordance with the law and with all due haste, so that the 5th respondent may be able to consider my representation for the job under compassionate grounds of my deceased father. The inaction of the 4th respondent in application No.FAMC012203333675 dated 03-12-2022 is as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice, article 300-A of constitution of India. IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased interim to Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation dated 18-04-2023 and to stay all the further proceedings in 3 granting the job under compassionate grounds of the petitioner's deceased father to any family members without the petitioner's consent until the necessary family members certificate is issued to the petitioner, consequently direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18-10-2022, as she is the only eligible person to obtain the job under the compassionate grounds appointment of her deceased father and pass such other order.
