Heard Sri Mir Sayed, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to issue a direction to the court concerned to accept minimum personal bond and two sureties in like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Bail Application No. 4076 of 2023 (Manish Vs. State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 2438 of 2021, under section 392 IPC, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is languishing in jail since 21.01.2022 (more than three and a half years). The applicant has no other criminal history and bail order has been passed on 26.06.2023 (before 22 months). 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, office is directed to send a letter to the Jail Superintendent concerned to release the applicant on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- and the applicant is directed to furnish two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned within 15 days from the date of his release. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of. 6. The Registrar Compliance is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad as well as Jail Superintendent concerned forthwith.
