This application is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent no. 2 Dharmendra in FIR No. 533/2021 on 26.9.2023 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15698/2022. 3. Anticipatory bail was granted for the reason that Dharmendra was not named in the FIR. 4. Evidently, no overt act was alleged against him. Only for some material coming during investigation against the petitioner, especially recovery of weapon of incident, would not be a ground to cancel the bail once granted. 5.
