The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 12.11.2014 and 22.05.2015. By the said representation, the petitioner is basically requesting the authorities to take her back to duty as has been done in the case of other Safai Kamdars who were appointed on daily wages for the period of 1997-2000. 2. In my view, I am with regard to the fact that more than 10 years has been lapsed since passing of the representation and the Petitioner is nearly 50 years old as of now, no use or purpose would be served by directing the respondents to consider the representation of Petitioner which is only seeking for being C/SCA/14267/2017 ORDER DATED: 25/07/2025 appointed on daily wages. In other words, by afflux of time the prayers made in representation would not merit consideration. Consequently, the present writ petitions are dismissed. Rule, if any, is hereby discharged.
