ORAL JUDGMENT Parties present with their respective counsels. They submitted a compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 signed by the parties and their respective advocates. Along with the compromise petition, a sketch with the colour codification is also placed on record indicating the division of the property as per the sketch with colour codification in respect of Item No.2 alone.
2. In respect of the remaining properties, parties have amicably agreed to divide the property as per the compromise petition.
3. The contents of the compromise petition are read over to the parties in Kannada language and parties agree that the terms of the compromise petition depict to terms of settlement and there is no force, under influence or coercion in reaching out the terms of the compromise petition.
4. As such, there is no impediment for this Court to accept the compromise petition as it is out of the coalition of the

parties and amicably settled taking note of the long drawn litigation.
5. Hence the following:
ORDER (i) The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise petition. (ii) Office is directed to pass final decree in terms of the compromise petition appending the copy of the compromise petition along with the sketch as part of the decree. (iii) Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
