pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in forcing the petitioners to settle the civil dispute with regard to the transaction of amount with 5th respondent herein even though the petitioners are not bound to pay any amount to 5th respondent and calling the petitioners to the police station by making calls to the petitioners and threatening and abusing the petitioners on phone that if the petitioners do not heed to his orders and act as per the wishes of the 5th respondent he would book false cases against the petitioners and see that he is behind bars, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Arts., 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 of the Constitution of India, part from various judicial pronouncements of this Hon'ble Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court and pass such other and further order or orders as are deemed fit and proper. ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police are neither calling the petitioners to the police station nor interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
