ORAL ORDER The petitioner and his counsel are present.
2. The respondent and his counsel are present.
3. The application under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is filed and it is signed by the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsels. The said application is enclosed with affidavit of the petitioner. As per averments of the affidavit, the matter is settled for Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees Five Lakhs only). The petitioner has paid amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees Five Lakhs only) by way cash to the respondent. The respondent reports receipt of Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees Five Lakhs only). The petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,12,000/- on 08.04.2024 and Rs.1,68,000/- on 01.12.2022 before the trial Court. The respondent has no

objection for the petitioner to withdraw the amount in deposit, deposited before the trial Court.
4. In view of settlement, the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is compounded. In view of compounding of the offence, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as the offence is compounded.
5. The petitioner 3accused is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,12,000/- and Rs.1,68,000/- in deposit, deposited by him before the trial Court.
6. The petitioner 3accused shall furnish his bank account details to the trial Court so as to enable to refund the amount in deposit, deposited by him before the trial Court.
