By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 to conclude the proceeding of ASHUTOSH MISHRA Digitally signed by ASHUTOSH MISHRA Date: 2025.10.13 18:40:10 +0530 2 / 3 E-Court Case No.202508121700007 B -121 Year 2024-25 pending before him within stipulated time after affording opportunity to the petitioner and other persons shown to be interested. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. The instant petition has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authorities for not deciding the application filed by the petitioner bearing Case No.207508121700007 B-121 Year 2024- 25 which is pending before the Respondent No.4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that land bearing Khasra No.770, area 2.23 hectare situated at Village Barekel Kala, P.H. No.25, R.I. Circle Patewa was registered in the name of grand- father of the petitioner namely Firtulal, therefore, the petitioner filed an application before the Respondent No.2 in Jandarshan for granting him the Bhu-Adhikar and Rin Pustika Part-I and Part-II and the Respondent No.2 forwarded the said application to Respondent No.4. He would next contend that the Respondent No.4 has registered the Case No.207508121700007 B-121 Year 2024-25, however, the same is pending, therefore, Respondent No.4 may be directed to conclude the proceedings before it. 4. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the pending case of the petitioner. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the 3 / 3 documents with utmost circumspection. 6. Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending before the Respondent No.4 and the State counsel has made a submission that they have no objection in deciding the same, it is directed that the Respondent No.4 shall conclude the proceedings of Case No.207508121700007 B-121 Year 2024-25 pending before it expeditiously as soon as possible in accordance with law. 7.
