ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ/Order/ Direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not conducting Survey and Sub Division of land to an extent of Ac. 1-23 cents each situated in Sy.No. 105/2 of Bytamanjuluru(V), J.Panguluru (M), Bapatla District pursuant to an application in DER 012501566399 dt. 13.08.2025 of the Petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art. 14 85 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct Survey and Sub Division of land to an extent of Ac. 1-23 cents each situated in Sy.No. 105/2 of Bytamanjuluru(V), J.Panguluru(M), Bapatla District forthwith ….”
2. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that they submitted a Mee Seva application dated 13.08.2025 seeking for conducting survey and sub division of the subject land. However, the same was not considered.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the Mee Seva application made by the petitioners on 13.08.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. There shall be no order as to costs.
