THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: 3 CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 17.11.2018 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kolar in I.D.No.1/2017 (Annexure-L). 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 1. The petitioner 3 Corporation agreed to pay terminal benefits of the deceased workman till the date of death to the LR9s by considering continuity of service. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 4 17.11.2018 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kolar in I.D.No.1/2017 (Annexure-L).
