PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Relax and modify the bail condition imposed vide order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.9573 of 2025 (arising out of Cr.No. 100/2025 of Ongole II Town Police Station),and Permit the Petitioner/Accused No.1 to appear only before the Station House Officer, Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur District, every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., in compliance with the condition already imposed in Crl.P.No.10174 of 2025 (Cr.No.258/2025 of Old Guntur Police Station), Pending disposal of CRLP No. 9573 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking to relax or modify of the condition imposed by this Court while granting regular bail in Crl.P.No.9573 of 2025 vide Order dated 19.09.2025. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions to appear before the Station House Officer as ordered by this Court for releasing him on bail. Considering the submissions and taking into consideration, the conduct of the petitioner after his release, as he has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, the present petition is allowed, relaxing the condition to appear before the Station House Officer, concerned on every Saturday, till filing of charge sheet.
