NH-16, TADEPALLI, GUNTUR DISTRICT - 522501 ...RESPONDENT(S): 2 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the Respondents more particularly the 3rd Respondent Admission Convenor- 2025 in not placing the Petitioner-Institution in the counselling list enabling it to take part in the ongoing APEAPCET- 2025 counselling for admissions into various Engineering Courses for the academic year 2025-26 on the ground that the tuition fee towards the Petitioner institution is not determined by the 4th Respondent Commission, ignoring the fact that this Honourable Court has directed to determine the minimum fee to the Petitioner institution, so as to enable them to participate in the counselling as being arbitrary, illegal. unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India against principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to take admissions through APEAPCET-2025 counselling and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case. Gandham Kusuma, learned counsel representing Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that interim order, dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court has been complied with and hence, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed.
