2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.8389 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am., until further orders is relaxed.
