2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 74 of 2024 arising out of Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2009 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka.
3. On 06.09.2009 at 10.00 a.m., petitioner and co-accused persons attacked the house of the Informant and assaulted him and his family members, due to which, son of the Informant namely Rajendra Sharma succumbed to his injuries.
4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. It was further submitted that both the petitioners are ladies.
5. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners were absconding for long time.
6. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka in connection with S.T. Case No. 74 of 2024 arising out of Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2009.
