GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus deaaring the inaction of 3rd respondent in granting police protection to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 28.11.2019 to prevent the breach of peace by taking necessary action against the persons disobey the court orders such as injunction as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner.” 2 2. Heard Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and one Suryanarayana Reddy and regarding the same civil suits are pending before the Civil Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that there is no specific direction to the respondent-police to provide police protection to the suit scheduled land of the petitioner. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
