On 13.10.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner requested time to change vakalat and get instructions from his client. Today when the matter is called, Sri G.Vigneshwar Reddy, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the 1st respondent has issued a letter of intent on 25.01.2016 appointing the 4th respondent in the retail outlet, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
