GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent nos.1 to 5 in taking further action in stopping the unauthorized construction being made in land situated in Survey No.175/18 of Bhimsingh Village, Jami Mandal, Vizianagaram District by respondent no.6. 2. In the counter filed by respondent no.4-Gram Panchayat, it has been clearly stated that when respondent no.6 has undertaken construction activity in the subject site, the Gram panchayat issued notice dated 10.04.2023 and in response the respondent no.6 submitted copy of the sale deed and as per the physical verification there are no irrigation channels in the subject site and it is a residential area. It is further stated in the counter that since no permission was obtained by respondent no.6 for construction of compound wall, the Gram Panchayat directed him to stop the construction and accordingly he stopped the construction and in case the respondent no.6 undertakes any construction activity therein without permission, the Panchayat would take necessary action in accordance with law. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities are not taking action against the unauthorized construction of respondent no.6. The counter RC,J W.P.No.13517 of 2023 4 affidavit clearly shows that the authorities issued notice to respondent no.6 and pursuantly the construction was stopped and the Gram Panchayat undertook to take action if any construction is made without permission. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains for consideration in this writ petition and no further orders need be passed and hence the same may be closed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
