Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of typographical error in order dt.16.07.2025, passed in MAC-833-2023, in last third line of Para-01, words “on account of death of her husband, namely, Khilesh Sahu” has wrongly been typed. Accordingly, the words “on account of death of her husband, namely, Khilesh Sahu” mentioned in last third line of Para-01 of order dt.16.07.2025, passed in MAC-833-2023, shall stands deleted. However, remaining part of the order dt. 16.07.2025, passed in MAC- 833-2023, shall remain intact. 5.
