The Court made the following ORDER:
The writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following prayer:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus Declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in entrusting the entire recruitment process to the 4th respondent, a Private Agency for recruitment of posts notified vide recruitment notificationsdated.01.09.2014 and 18.09.2015 and thereby making illegal and fraudulent recruitment to select and appoint candidates of their choice who are capable of purchasing the posts as illegal' and violation of Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the said recruitment through any Government Agencies or through their own machinery by setting aside the recruitment process so far completed in pursuance to the above said recruitment notifications..”

Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel for appearing on behalf of the 1st writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are not in contact with him and further submits that the 1st petitioner preferred a representation dated 30.11.2025 to the 1st respondent authority which was filed by the petitioner through W.P.U.S.R.No.149955 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025. 3. Sri G.Rohit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P.Badrinath, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that the representation dated 30.11.2025 of the petitioner may be considered in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The respondent authorities should consider the representation of the 1st petitioner dated 30.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the order to the 1st petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
