Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.03.2025 Up-ziladhikri Sadar, Jaunpur. (ii) to issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of the mandamus directing the respondent to not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner during the pendency of the revision pending before the respondent no.2 and maintain status-quo on the spot, within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents have raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
