Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submitted that Supreme Court has disposed of pending cases with a certain observation insofar as constitution of commission and other issues. Learned counsel for the petitioner today, submitted that petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary however perusal of the records, it is evident that there is no specific direction to the respondents to pay arrears of salary for which period and other things.
2. In the absence of such specific direction, respondents have not committed contempt. Accordingly, the present contempt petitions stand dropped.
