By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Respondents, to decide the representation (Annexure P-4 & P-5) within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.10 16:13:36 +0530 2 respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. However, he submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same shall be considered/decided in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector Koriya, District Koriya within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in turn the concerned respondent No. 2 shall consider/decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 90 days from the date the representation is filed by the petitioner. 5.
