This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not taking action as per Section 154(1) of Code of Criminal Procedure on the petitioner's complaint dated 19-9-2020 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to act upon petitioner's complaint dated 19-9-2020 in accordance with Section 154 (1) of Code of Criminal Procedure, and pass…”

3. Sri V.Farooq, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have clearly mentioned in their counter that the dispute pending between the parties is purely civil in nature. The suits are also pending between the parties. Hence, they have not registered any crime on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2020.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
