ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declaring the action of the Respondent No. 4 herein in not filing the Final Report in FIR No. 159/2022 on the file of Amalapuram Taluka Police Station, Ambedkar Konaseema District, dated.07-07- 2022registered under Sections.306, 384 r/w 511, 506, 509 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v), 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is wholly illegal arbitrary, unconstitutional and high handed discrimination and contrary to the provisions of SC/ST PDA Act 1989 and violative of Article 14 and 15 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to investigate the case of the petitioner properly and file Charge Sheet before the concerned Court for adjudication immediately and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri V.Raja Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that investigation is completed in this matter. Charge sheet is also filed in this matter on 18.11.2022 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amalapuram vide S.R.No.3136 dated 30.12.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
