This contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 16.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.12103 of 2024. 3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Party-Contemnor that the order dated 16.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.12103 of 2024 has already been complied with in the meantime vide letter dated 22.08.2024. 4.
