According to the advertisement notification, dated 18.09.2025, published by Dr. NTR University of Health & Sciences, the candidates were required to submit their application forms by 25.09.2025, which, according to the instructions received by the learned counsel for the University, was extended by another two days. 2 HCJ & RC, J W.P. No: 27145 of 2025 2. The petitioner’s case is that on account of some technical glitch, she could not apply and therefore, in that regard submitted an application with the University for permitting her to apply and now seeks consideration for admission. 3. According to learned counsel for the respondent – University, as on date, the petitioner is not eligible in terms of the notification, dated 18.09.2025; however, in case the University notifies a date subsequent to 27.09.2025 with late fee, then in that particular case, the petitioner would be eligible. 4. Be that as it may, we direct that in case the University decides to extend the date of submission of application forms beyond the earlier prescribed date of 27.09.2025, the case of the petitioner be also considered in accordance with the said notification, if the same is at all issued. However, as on date, in our opinion, the petitioner has no right to seek consideration in terms of the dates prescribed by the advertisement notification.
