The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioners/respondents, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in D.V.C.No.32 of 2025 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for the Trial of Prohibition of Excise Offences, Nellore. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Vijaya Saradhi, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance. 5. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
