Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 02.11.2024, dead body of the mother of the Informant was recovered from septic tank of his house. It appears that the daughter-in-law of the deceased was having illicit relationship with the petitioner. In extra-judicial confession made before her son, daughter-in-law of the deceased has implicated herself as well as the present petitioner 4.
