This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Fategarh PS Case No.110 of 2025 corresponding to ST Case No.155 of 2025 (GR Case No.103 of 2025) pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.85/80/108/316(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 of DP Act, on the main allegation of committing dowry death and abetment of suicide of his wife by subjecting her to torture and cruelty for demand of dowry. 3. Heard, Mr. Pravash Chandra Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Amitav Tripathy, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. T.K. Acharya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the copy of charge-sheet together with the Post Mortem report as produced by the learned counsel for the informant. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the multiple injuries found on the person of the deceased in the Post Mortem report and there being allegation against the petitioner for subjecting the deceased to torture and cruelty and the deceased suffering from unnatural death in the house of the petitioner within one year of marriage and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (G.
